MTL runs on Windows 7
And it's faster then on Vista!
Today I installed Windows 7 on my old Sony Vaio VGN-TX1HP laptop - it works without problems and it runs fast - the machine only has a 1.1 GHz CPU.
Next I installed the latest Java 5 JDK and afterwards our Mobile Timesheet for SAP and Travel Expense for SAP solutions MTL and MTE. I was positively surprised that they worked directly! I did some quick tests with the applications - they look like they do when running on Windows Vista, but they are a lot faster.

Now I also know that the AWT version of SAP NetWeaver Mobile runs on Windows 7 as well. What's left is a test of the JSP version of MI - something for the next weeks ...
