Today at SAPPHIRE NOW, SAP made a big announcement: A new application to mobilize SAP Enterprise Asset Management. It is called SAP EAM Work Order and connects to SAP PM/CS.

It is based on Sybase Unwired Platform and supports all the business processes and data objects that you would expect from such a solution. On a high level this includes:

• Work Order Management
• Notifications
• Technical Objects Management
• Inventory Management
• Business Partners

It is currently planned to release the EAM Work Order Mobile Application in Q3. Below you will find two pictures of the presentation of the new solutions, done by Param Kahlon (click on the pics for a larger version).
